Adam T. Wolfe

Biography

Over the past two decades, Adam T. Wolfe has handled catastrophic injury cases throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has developed a statewide reputation for his work in motorcycle and commercial vehicle crashes, including highway mass pileup cases. In addition to representing plaintiffs in single truck crashes, he has extensive experience handling complex, multi-vehicle litigation. Since 2020, Adam has represented lead plaintiffs in five major mass vehicle cases, the majority involving individuals who were seriously injured or killed.

In 2022, following no objections from counsel for either the plaintiffs or defendants involved in the litigation, Adam was appointed by the Union County Court of Common Pleas to oversee and coordinate litigation arising from a crash involving more than 60 vehicles.

Since 2025, Adam has resolved five separate cases for more than $2 million each, including settlements of $3 million and $7.4 million.

Adam has been selected for admission into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum is limited to attorneys who have achieved verdicts and/or settlements of $1 million or more in a case for one or more clients. The Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum recognizes attorneys who have obtained verdicts and/or settlements of $2 million or more.

Adam was named a Top 100 Pennsylvania Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers for 2017–2025 and was previously recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 in Pennsylvania. These invitation-only organizations recognize trial lawyers through a selection process that includes peer nominations and third-party research.

He has also been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for the past six years, following eleven consecutive years as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, as recognized by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Philadelphia Magazine. From 2023–2025, he was named to the Central Penn Business Journal’s “Power List for Personal Injury Lawyers” and was also recognized on the publication’s 300 Most Influential Leaders list. These distinctions recognize peer nominations and professional achievements in personal injury, automobile accident law, and insurance coverage.

Adam began his legal career as an associate with Shollenberger & Januzzi. In January 2009, he became a partner in the firm, and in July 2012, at the age of 32, he was named Managing Partner of Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP. Adam earned his undergraduate degree from York College in 2002, where he was a member of the national political science and business honors fraternities. He received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2005, where he was an academic fellow and served as a senior staff member of the Widener Law Journal (Law Review). While at Widener, he served as a legal intern for Philadelphia Safe and Sound, a large nonprofit children’s organization.

Adam has frequently lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and National Business Institute, educating other attorneys on automobile accident law and topics related to personal injury cases and civil litigation. He also teaches seminars for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and serves as a guest lecturer at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg on Pennsylvania civil procedure and legal writing.

He is also the co-author of a chapter in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute publication Fee Agreements in Pennsylvania, which examines fee agreements in personal injury cases.

Adam serves on the executive committee of the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association). He is also a long-serving member of the Advisory Board for Penn State Health Children’s Miracle Network, where he previously completed a two-year term as chairperson. At Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP, he coordinates the firm’s giving and volunteering program.

Adam is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Dauphin County Bar Association, the Cumberland County Bar Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.

Born and raised in Selinsgrove, Adam currently resides in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Jill, and son, Declan.
