Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP Celebrates Two Decades
What started off in 1993 as a calculated leap of faith, has grown into a law firm with a state wide reputation for excellence in personal injury, workers compensation and disability cases for the past 20 years. Even more importantly, the firm has made a difference for thousands of injured people and their families. When founding Partner, Tim Shollenberger and his wife Marissa (who served as the firm’s business manager for fifteen years) made the decision to open the Law Offices of Timothy A. Shollenberger, they did so with two attorneys, two staff members and a small rented office. What they also had was Tim’s vision and determination to bring nothing but the best legal services to each client. A philosophy that he has engrained in the fabric of the law firm.
It is because of that philosophy and determination, that Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe will celebrate its 20th anniversary on November 1st, now with three partners, ten staff members and offices on both the east and west shore of Harrisburg.
Over the past twenty years, Tim Shollenberger has earned many accolades for his work on behalf of his clients, including being named one of the top 100 trial lawyers in Pennsylvania and earning membership into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (reserved for lawyers who have settled or had a verdict in excess of one million dollars). However, his most telling accomplishments have come through his efforts with the American Heart Association, the United Way and on behalf of injured people across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Tim has been honored as the United Way of Central Pennsylvania’s Volunteer of the year and was presented with the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer Association’s Community Service Award. From July, 2001 through July, 2002, Tim served as that organization’s president and in doing so worked tirelessly on legislation that would help to preserve the rights of injured Pennsylvanians for years to come.
Karl Januzzi has been with the firm since the beginning and became a partner in 1998. His intellect and client first approach has led to his reputation as of the areas most sought after worker’s compensation lawyers. Karl’s work ethic and client relationships have made a significant contribution to the growth of the firm.
Adam Wolfe has been with the firm since the day he graduated from law school in 2005. He now serves as the managing partner of the firm and for four consecutive years has been selected by Super Lawyers and Philadelphia Magazine as one of the top lawyers in Pennsylvania who have been in practice less than ten (10) years.
As any good business leader would tell you, you are only as good as your employees. There is not a better example than at Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe. “We have a staff full of smart, dedicated legal professionals who truly care about the clients we serve” noted Adam Wolfe “we see them going the extra mile every day.”
In November of 2004, the firm moved its main office to the Pyramid Business Park, just off Wertzville Road in Hampden Township. The roughly 5,000 square foot building was custom built for the law firm and boasts ten offices and two conference rooms, along with a dedicated file room and room for the firm’s computer and copying equipment. Once a small business park near the exit for Route 81, the firm is proud to be part of one of the areas fastest growing business communities that includes the soon to be open West Shore Hospital, two new supermarkets and the extremely popular Al’s of Hampden, which is located across the street from the firm.
Even though 20 years has passed, Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe still embodies the same principals upon which Tim Shollenberger founded it – top flight legal services with a personal, client focused approach.
