Ms. Sholley was born and raised in Middleburg, Pennsylvania and currently lives in Liverpool with her fiancé, Brett.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University majoring in Global Affairs with a minor in Business. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2013.
In 2014, Ms. Sholley began attending evening classes at Widener University Commonwealth Law School while working as a Legal Assistant at Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe.
While in law school, Ms. Sholley was a Research Assistant on the Harper James & Gray on Torts treatise. She also served as an Academic Success Fellow for Property and Civil Procedure courses.
She served a staff member of the Widener Commonwealth Law Review during the 2016-2017 school year and, during her last year of law school, served at the Symposium/Pennsylvania Law Editor of the Law Review.
In 2017, she was a guest speaker at the Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society’s Scientific Meeting along with a panel of other law students and Hershey Medical Center medical students. The project was later selected to be presented at the Widener University High Impact Practices Fair in 2018.
From 2015 to 2018, she was the recipient of the Widener Commonwealth Law Performance Scholarship as well as multiple CALI Awards which recognizes the top student in each class. The classes in which Ms. Sholley earned CALI Awards include Legal Methods, Federal Civil Procedure, and Pre-Trial Methods. She graduated Cum Laude in May 2018 and received the Legal Research and Writing Award of the 2018 graduating class.
