A year and a half ago I was hit by a lady not paying attention (most likely on her cell phone) and ended up not being able to walk for about 3-4 weeks without crutches. Unfortunately to officer ruled the case “no at fault” because the lady quickly denied any fault once she heard I worked at a law firm up the street (as a paralegal).

I wondered what I could do, because I felt that the ruling was very unjust and now I am left with a new 2011 bike that has been in an accident and permanent half dollar size scar on my knee. Thank God I had good medical insurance, but there were still co-pays, not being able to walk, or any of my normal activities.

I was referred by another lawyer to Adam Wolfe’s office at Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP. From the get-go, Adam was professional and was straight with me. He didn’t promise anything radical but reassured me that he would dig into the case. He educated me about how the system works and gave me very conservative goal to shoot for.

A year and a half later, we are receiving a check for our damages, as well as a check Adam was able to get from my insurance company from our Under Insured motorist policy. On a case that was ruled as a “no at fault”, where we have 50/50 chance of getting anything, he was able to get twice as much as I expected; and I think that speaks very highly of him.

At the end of this customer/lawyer relationship, I would certainly consider Adam Wolfe to be the lawyer that I would recommend to anyone with motorcycle accident cases.

We were sitting on a motorcycle at an intersection and were stopped by a crossing guard when an SUV struck us from behind. Nevertheless, it was a drunk driver with no license, who didn’t own the vehicle. Also, the police let the drunk driver walk from the scene of the accident. No Justice.

Adam sprung into action and didn’t waist any time obtaining police reports and seeing that our medical bills were paid and that we had time of to heal and do rehab while our bills were being paid.
