Five Pennsylvania residents injured in two accidents

There are many different ways that car accidents can occur. A crash can involve a car and a pedestrian, two cars, or even a car and a truck. And the crash can occur because of a negligent driver, dangerous roads, or even a drunk driver.

Last week, five people from Pennsylvania were injured in separate crashes at nearly the same time. All five individuals were brought to local hospitals and medical centers for treatment. Though the extent of their injuries was not given in the article, there is no doubt that many will be faced with recovering from their injuries as well as dealing with the medical bills for their treatment.

Three of the people injured were involved in a car crash after one car hit the other head on. Somehow the first vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic on the other side of the median. Local law enforcement is still investigating the crash to determine why the driver crossed the median.

The other crash involved three motorcyclists who were with a larger group of other bikers. The group was traveling on a curvy road when the three motorcyclists did not make the turn in time. Two of the bikes went off the road while the third slid onto the shoulder of the road. Responders immediately had the two motorcyclists whose bikes went off the road transported to hospitals nearby.

Both accidents occurred in the early afternoon. Right now there is no information regarding the cause of the car crash. Was the driver distracted while driving? Was the driver under the influence? Until the investigation has concluded, these other questions will remain unanswered.
