Pennsylvania Man Extracted From Vehicle After Head-On Collision

This morning, a man and his wife were injured after their car was hit by another driver who had lost control of his car. The car accident also left the other driver seriously injured. According to a police officer, the other driver had been speeding around a curve before hitting the man and his wife.

Being injured in a car accident can create many unexpected problems. Victims of a car crash sometimes face a long and painful recovery process from their injuries. On top of that, they may have to think about legal options in the event that another driver was the cause of the accident.

In this specific instance, it seems that the accident was caused by the other driver. The other driver had been driving in the opposite direction of the man and his wife when he lost control of his car and crossed into oncoming traffic.

The two vehicles collided so hard that the other driver's vehicle was actually torn in half, the back half coming to a stop in a driveway nearby. Both drivers couldn't get out of their vehicles and had to be rescued by firefighters.

Thus far there is little information regarding the extent of the injuries of the man and his wife, except that they were brought to a local hospital. Injuries of any kind for these three individuals can greatly affect their lives. For example, their injuries may prevent them from returning to work, making it financially difficult for them to support themselves.

If the accident was caused by the other driver's negligent driving, the man and wife may be able to get compensation for lost wages and medical bills.
