Timothy A. Shollenberger, Esq.

Mr. Shollenberger lives in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Marissa and their children, Ryan and Jessica.
He graduated summa cum laude from Dickinson College in 1978 and the attained his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1981. He has been continuously licensed to practice law since October 27, 1981.

Mr. Shollenberger joined the law firm of Meyers, Desfor and Ronca in 1981 and became a partner in the firm in 1985, which was then renamed Meyers, Desfor and Shollenberger. He held this position until founding the Law Offices of Timothy A. Shollenberger on November 1, 1993. In 1997, he and Mr. Januzzi entered into the partnership now known as Shollenberger and Januzzi, LLP.

Attorney Shollenberger has attained a well earned reputation as a staunch advocate for his clients. He has tried personal injury cases to verdict in six different counties and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He has arbitrated many more cases in various counties across the Commonwealth. His has successfully handled major cases for injured motorists and motorcyclists, as well as people injured because of medical malpractice and defective products. In his career, he has attained numerous six figure settlements and in 2003 and again in 2005, seven figure settlements on behalf of injured clients. He has developed a referral practice in which other attorneys who do not handle personal injury cases themselves refer those cases to him.

Mr. Shollenberger has also attained statewide recognition for his work in educating other attorneys. He currently lectures for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on personal injury law. He has co-authored two widely regarded publications on important personal injury issues, including "Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Insurance, An Analysis of the Financial Responsibility Law" and "Pennsylvania Personal Injury Subrogation Handbook".

Mr. Shollenberger has also served the legal community in other ways. For many years, he worked tirelessly for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, attaining its highest office, President, in 2000-2001. The Association bestowed upon him two of its most prestigious awards, the Milton D. Rosenberg Award for his leadership, work and devotion to the Association and the Community Service Award in recognition for his outstanding work in the community.

Mr. Shollenberger is also active in the local community. He has served on numerous committees for the local chapter of the American Heart Association and conducted mock trials in local elementary schools to warn children of the perils of tobacco. For this latter work, he received a Citation from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and the Volunteer of the Year Award from the United Way Capital Region.

Attorney Shollenberger is a member of the Pennsylvania, Cumberland and Dauphin County Bar Associations as well as the Pennsylvania and American Trial Lawyers Associations.

Karl J. Januzzi, Esq.

Mr. Januzzi and his wife, Betty, live in Harrisburg. He is the father of three children, Kris, Tracy and Allie. Mr. Januzzi graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Spanish from King's College, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, in 1976. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg, PA, in 1992. He was a founding member of the Widener Journal of Public Law, 1991-92, and the Journal's Circulation Manager and member of its Administrative Board, 1991-92.

Mr. Januzzi began his career as an associate attorney with Meyers, Desfor and Shollenberger in 1992. In 1993, he joined Mr. Shollenberger as an Associate attorney at the Law Offices of Timothy A. Shollenberger. In 1997, he and Mr. Shollenberger formed Shollenberger & Januzzi.

He was co-editor of "Update of Pennsylvania Auto Insurance Issues", Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association Annual Update of the Law. Mr. Januzzi has also been chosen as a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, educating other attorneys about the 1996 amendments to the state's Workers' compensation Law.

Mr. Januzzi has earned a reputation as one of the region's outstanding attorneys in workers' compensation cases. He also has extensive experience in automobile accident and slip and fall injury cases.


He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Dauphin County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Political Action Committee.

He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.


Adam T. Wolfe, Esq.

Mr. Wolfe was raised in Selinsgrove and currently resides in East Berlin.

Mr. Wolfe graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Public Administration. While at York College, he was selected for admission into Phi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honors fraternity, and Sigma Iota Epsilon, the national business honors fraternity.

Mr. Wolfe graduated from Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg, PA, in the top twenty percent of his graduating class. While at Widener, he served as a senior staff member of the Widener Law Journal (Law Review). In addition, Mr. Wolfe was a Harrisburg campus finalist in the Hugh B. Pierce Mock Trial Competition.

During law school, Mr. Wolfe served as a law clerk at the Law Offices of Christine J. Sabas, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. In addition, he served as a legal intern at a large nonprofit children’s organization, Philadelphia Safe and Sound.

Mr. Wolfe has authored an article entitled Theodore v. Delaware Valley School District: School Drug Testing and its Limitations under the Pennsylvania Constitution, 14 WIDENER. L.J. 505 (2005). This article has been republished by Thompson West Publishing, in a book entitled “At Issue: School Drug Testing.” Mr. Wolfe is also the co-author of a chapter in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Publication, “Fee Agreements in Pennsylvania.” The chapter examines fee agreements in personal injury cases.

Mr. Wolfe is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Dauphin County and Cumberland County Bar Associations and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
